Blair McCallum joins KPMG’s European Operations Strategy Group
KPMG has appointed Blair McCallum as a Partner in the European Operational Strategy Group.

McCallum joins KPMG from 3i where he was a Partner. Prior to 3i, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was a founder and core leader of the McKinsey Operations Practice. Blair is one of the foremost experts on ‘lean operations.’ He has pioneered the application of lean thinking across a number of sectors, and co-authored the best-selling book “Journey to Lean: Making Operational Change Stick” which is considered a seminal work on delivering sustainable operational business change and continuous improvement.
